Hey I dislike socialists as much as the next person, but I don’t particularly care if they are Jewish or not. But apparently for Brooks being a Jewish socialist makes things much, much worse.
And for that matter how much information does it tell you that her boyfriend is anything? I had no idea what my wife’s politics were before I married her. I am pleasantly surprised they are close to mine. And I know of one prominent conservative who told me that his/her spouse was very liberal when they married. Normal people don’t determine who they love by their politics.
Which is not a defense of Fluke. I have my own problems with her. But fair is fair even to Fluke.
Update (IV): Brooks needs to learn that the first rule of holes is to stop digging:
for now i'll say more than 100,000 and less than 18 million. @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 22, 2012
Also for some reason he has taken to calling Seth Allen, um... you have to see it to believe it.
gay? hahaha! now you're a 10 year old? you can't troll for shit, sethary allenstein. @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 22, 2012
Oh, but don’t worry if you have started to think Brooks is anti-Semitic. See, some of his best family members are Jewish!
astroturf? seth, u & ron are like 2 paranoid peas in a pod. oh, btw, my family is jewish. see; rabinowitz. #pwned @prepostericity@ronbryn
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 22, 2012
Glad he cleared that up. Please note I also added the image of Butters from South Park, above, inspired by Film Ladd. We now resume the original post, as is.
---------------------------------------
This is the latest post in what I half-jokingly call The Kimberlin Saga®. If you are new to the story, that’s okay! Not everyone reads my blog. The short version is that Kimberlin has been harassing me since last December, his worst conduct being when he attempted to frame me for a crime. I recognize that this might sound like an incredible claim, but I provide video and documentary evidence of that fact; in other words, you don’t have to believe my word. You only have to believe your eyes. So, if you are new to the story, go to this page and you’ll be able to catch up on what has been happening.
So earlier on I demonstrated how supposed conservative Brooks Bayne had taken Brett Kimberlin’s side to the point of absurdly claiming (among other things) that Brett Kimberlin was not responsible for the court orders he himself requested. Yes, really.
Since then I mainly blocked him, but every now and then I peeked in to see what he was saying in case it was useful in some way. And apparently it is. Get the popcorn folks, because this is going to be fun.
This is all a discussion with @prepostericity, which is the official twitter account of Seth Allen, the guy I briefly provided out-of-court legal representation to, and started me down the path to confrontation with Brett Kimberlin. Seth has protected his tweets so I can’t see what he was saying to brooks, but we can see Brooks’ half of this argument and apparently he has gone into full holocaust denial mode. You have to piece it together, but it is there.
The first tweet to raise my eyebrow was this:
see, now you're conflating. i said the zionists made a deal with hitler (u can't refute) and now you tumble off-topic. lol. @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
A Zionist deal with Hitler? I never heard of such a thing, although I admit my knowledge of World War II history is not such that I would automatically know of such a thing existed. But a little Googling starts to reveal what this is, supposedly (and it makes me doubt there is any truth to it at all). Now I will warn you that these sources are Holocaust-denying and likely anti-Semitic (the two tend to go hand-in-hand), but I think it is important to shine a light on this stuff. First you have this old news broadcast making the rounds on various sites.
We provide all our listeners, viewers and readers with a variety topics such as: Geopolitics, Conspiracy, Ancient Civilizations, Megalithic Cultures, Secret Societies, Fraternal Orders, Esoteric and Occult Subjects, Numerology, Meterology, Archeology, Science and Technology, Psychology, Space, Spirituality, Health, History, Antropology, Echatology, Future Studies, Transhumanism, GMO, Archeology, The New World Order, Zionism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddism, Socialism, Communism, Collectivism, Multiculturalism and more.
In other words, one stop shopping for paranoia. When one searches for the term “holocaust” you get a link to this pagefeaturing a holocaust denial “documentary.” Oy vey. They also link to this page which has a link to holocaust denial video and lest you think they are showing these videos merely to shine a light on this idiocy (as I am), they write that the video “[e]xplains how Treblinka, Sobibor, and Belzec were not death camps, thereby debunking 1/3 of the holocaust.”
And yes, let me apologize, dear reader, for exposing you to this ugliness. But sometimes you need to do rip that bandage right off, and push all the puss out so the healing can begin.
The same video about the supposed deal between the Zionists and Hitler is also featured on a site called Conspiracy Reality TV. And more about this supposed deal was found at this pagefilled with holocaust denial and other forms of anti-Semitism.
Apparently the theory was that the Zionists arranged for most of the Jews to flee the area, rather then get murdered. So according to this goofball theory there was no holocaust, or not much of one, they just fled to what is now Israel, as reflected in this tweet:
it wasn't just about a boycott. they were setup in palestine. read all the information and watch the video i sent u, honey. @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
And then Brooks gets into full holocaust denial mode:
impossible if 6 million had already been murdered before the war started (search for perez): j.mp/RGeUdc @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
Six million is a common number given for the number of Jews murdered in the holocaust. I have heard closer to eight million with them killing eleven million other “undesirables” such as handicapped people and ethnically German gay people, but I also know historians agree that we will never be able to nail down the entire number with certainty. The Nazis didn’t care enough to keep an accurate tab, and when people are in hiding it’s hard to count their numbers.
What Brooks is linking to, by the way, is this, and old copy of a newspaper. Look in the second column for some kind of apparent letter to the editor. It continues into the next column where it claims on that date that six million Jews had been murdered by Hitler in 1939. So someone said it in a letter to the editor, therefore it must be true! Or something.
And if there is any doubt that Brooks is trying to claim that all or most of the holocaust was faked, keep reading:
lol. how many times can 6 million ppl be killed? j.mp/RGgv2y @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
That links to the official United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, giving the six million figure again. I think I will write to them and see if they can respond to the allegations Brooks is making. They might blow me off, but it is worth a try.
And by the way, I have visited that museum. It is really powerful, but it can be hard to view.
And Brooks continues:
and 6 million more killed in 1902. what's the deal with the 6 million number? sounds scriptural… hmm…@prepostericitytwitter.com/brooksbayne/st…
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
And then he gets to his point:
so what are we up to from 1902-1945? that's what… 18 million? that's about 3x the number who were in europe. but, facts? @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
Oh, but he is not a holocaust denier! Oh no!
who denied anything? i'm talking about numbers and facts, honey. @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
So that settles that.
Update: As I was finishing up this post, Brooks I just found this new tweet making it very clear what he meant by claiming there was a deal between Zionists and Hitler:
stormfront? the guy who researched it is a jewish man. j.mp/Ny5cqF @prepostericity
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
He links to this site which says in part:
If the Holocaust narrative is false, the ramifications are far reaching. Ethnic Germans have been slandered for decades on the basis of the Holocaust. Terrorism used in the founding of Israel was justified through it. It was even used to justify the slaughter, rape, and murder of millions of ethnic Germans after World War 2.
Of course hating Germans for the holocaust is wrong, but not because the holocaust didn’t happen (because it did, duh), but because the holocaust itself shows us where undifferentiated group hatred leads.
And I say that doubting severely that anyone murdered and raped millions of Germans after World War II. It sounds like a German victimization myth disturbingly similar to the victimization myths that Hitler sold people prior to the holocaust itself.
Update (II): Before I finally published, I gave Brooks a chance to respond. He started by taunting me with false information about my suits and then denied again he was a holocaust denier:
lol. i stated categorically that i wasn't denying anything, but feel free to lie like you always do, sweetie. leftist -> @aaronworthing
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
Well, in fact one form of holocaust denial is to admit a holocaust occurred but it was much smaller than claimed. For instance, I have heard these goofballs claim it was only about one hundred thousand Jews killed. That is a form of holocaust denial, too.
So to cover that base, I also asked him how many Jews he claimed died in the holocaust.
i didn't do a tally. i'm gonna write a piece about it since ppl like you blindly think claims of 18 million are rational. @aaronworthing
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 21, 2012
Of course eighteen million is his number, cobbled together from dubious sources. I kept asking for any kind of estimate. I asked him more or less than six million, five million, four million… no answer. I gave him twenty minutes to answer and he did not. Of course if he posts on this, I will look at what he says, but for now... there you go.
In my opinion, he is a holocaust denier of at least the "yes it happened, but it was a very small number" variety. But that is just my opinion. Decide for yourself.
In my opinion, he is a holocaust denier of at least the "yes it happened, but it was a very small number" variety. But that is just my opinion. Decide for yourself.
Update (V): And this morning we get to see more hypocrisy from Brooks Bayne. Several weeks ago, Brooks thought it was important to attack me for associating with leftists:
yes, it's about your willful ignorance with known liars, felons, and leftists. it deserves a closer look. @aaronworthing.
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 5, 2012
I had mocking reply:
lol oh noes! I am associated w leftists!@brooksbayne
— Aaron Worthing (@AaronWorthing) September 5, 2012
Seriously not all liberals are horrible people that I will treat like they are infected with leprosy. But Brooks made it clear that there shall be no collaboration with the enemy!
yes, ones who lie, steal, and attack conservatives. defend it! RT @aaronworthing: lol oh noes! I am associated w leftists!@brooksbayne
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 5, 2012
And of course Film Ladd had some fun with that, pointing out how someone in his cr— er, camp, was caught red-handed collaborating with the enemy, in the form of the Liberal Grouch. That would be the guy who (in my opinion) threatened Lee with rape, threatened me with a lawsuit for accurately quoting him criticizing what he said and announced that he was going to try to get Patrick Frey fired. And Xcitizen10 was caught red-handed handing information over to him:
@xcitizen10 @dmatthewstewartHey, if you tweet to a liberal, you must be a traitor to conservatism, right? Aren't those your rules?
— Film Ladd (@FilmLadd) September 13, 2012
You set up the rules. Now answer to them, liberal traitor. twitpic.com/ashbkn@xcitizen10
— Film Ladd (@FilmLadd) September 8, 2012
That is a screencap of the tweets discussing how he dm’ed (sent a direct message, only visible to the recipient) liberal grouch. You can read them for yourself here, here, here and here.
Which is funny enough, and Ladd parodied their tactics by applying the same Kangaroo Kourt rules to Xcitizen10 on twitter with endless mockery to convict him of collaboration with the enemy! What can beat that?
Well, how about Brooks collaborating with the enemy? You see, apparently the Liberal Grouch posted video and allegedly it was yanked from YouTube for copyright violation by Lee Stranahan (I haven’t verified any of this with Lee, because this detail just isn’t important to me). So it was Brooks Bayne to the rescue!
@texaspressscammerhan filed a bogus copyright claim on @liberalgrouch's video. if we get a copy of said video we'll host it as an mp4 free.
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 13, 2012
Incidentally, "scammerhan" is one of Brooks' nicknames for Lee. Also in the next one, “Breitbartsbane” is another name for Liberal Grouch. So this is LG replying to Bayne:
@brooksbayne@texaspressI filed with YouTube saying he did not own the whole mashup, and it was used under Fair Use.
— Bill Schmalfeldt (@BreitbartsBane) September 13, 2012
And then Brooks actually talks directly to him:
@liberalgrouch@texaspresstakes up to 2 weeks to get it cleared…. which you will. in the meantime, we can host it as an mp4 on thetrenches.
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 13, 2012
LG is excited by the possibility:
@brooksbayne@texaspressSearching frantically to see if I still have a copy.
— Bill Schmalfeldt (@BreitbartsBane) September 13, 2012
He found a solution!
@brooksbayne@texaspressTell you what I can do. I can reupload as private, Change the name, give you URL to download.
— Bill Schmalfeldt (@BreitbartsBane) September 13, 2012
And Brooks is ready to accommodate:
@liberalgrouch@texaspressany format, or i can dl it from your private link.
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 13, 2012
So its hypocrisy. But it is deeper than that. In my opinion, like many cases of hypocrisy it is a demonstration of dishonesty. He is mad at me for associating with leftists but he joins forces with a liberal who (imho) threatens conservatives, lies about them, and tries to get them fired from their non-blog-related day jobs. Brooks was not sincerely opposed to associating with liberals or even dishonorable ones; his criticism of me was dishonest. Indeed virtually everything he says about me these days is dishonest.
Update (VI): And Brooks continues to dig:
you realize that the jews declared war on germany before hilter even came to power, right? j.mp/PdExNh@prepostericity@filmladd
— brooks bayne (@brooksbayne) September 23, 2012
Which raises the question, how on earth could “the jews” declare war on anyone? Who on earth could pretend to speak for all of the Jews in the first place, prior to 1935? Even today at most Bibi Netanyahu can at most be said to speak for Israel, but not all Jews everywhere.
But what this fits into is a disturbingly familiar pattern with holocaust deniers. As my professor of World War II observed, they tend to simultaneously claim that 1) the holocaust didn’t happen (or it was much less horrifying than claimed), and 2) the Jews deserved it. These two self-contradictory positions were held without the slightest sense of irony.
By the way, Brooks has responded to all of this... with a cartoon starring broccoli and a turd. No attempt to substantively address the charges, or even to accurately describe them, and certainly no attempt to prove that his holocaust denial is okay, just pretty much flinging poo.
---------------------------------------
My wife and I have lost our jobs due to the harassment of convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin, including an attempt to get us killed and to frame me for a crime carrying a sentence of up to ten years. I know that claim sounds fantastic, but if you read starting here, you will see absolute proof of these claims using documentary and video evidence. If you would like to help in the fight to hold Mr. Kimberlin accountable, please hit the Blogger’s Defense Team button on the right. And thank you.
Follow me at Twitter @aaronworthing, mostly for snark and site updates. And you can purchase my book (or borrow it for free if you have Amazon Prime), Archangel: A Novel of Alternate, Recent History here. And you can read a little more about my novel, here.
---------------------------------------
Disclaimer:
I have accused some people, particularly Brett Kimberlin, of reprehensible conduct. In some cases, the conduct is even criminal. In all cases, the only justice I want is through the appropriate legal process—such as the criminal justice system. I do not want to see vigilante violence against any person or any threat of such violence. This kind of conduct is not only morally wrong, but it is counter-productive.
In the particular case of Brett Kimberlin, I do not want you to even contact him. Do not call him. Do not write him a letter. Do not write him an email. Do not text-message him. Do not engage in any kind of directed communication. I say this in part because under Maryland law, that can quickly become harassment and I don’t want that to happen to him.
And for that matter, don’t go on his property. Don’t sneak around and try to photograph him. Frankly try not to even be within his field of vision. Your behavior could quickly cross the line into harassment in that way too (not to mention trespass and other concerns).
And do not contact his organizations, either. And most of all, leave his family alone.
The only exception to all that is that if you are reporting on this, there is of course nothing wrong with contacting him for things like his official response to any stories you might report. And even then if he tells you to stop contacting him, obey that request. That this is a key element in making out a harassment claim under Maryland law—that a person asks you to stop and you refuse.
And let me say something else. In my heart of hearts, I don’t believe that any person supporting me has done any of the above. But if any of you have, stop it, and if you haven’t don’t start.
